Privacy
What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.
- We collect what it takes to send you Barry: your email, your feed settings, and whether you've paid.
- We never see your card number. Stripe does.
- We don't sell your information, and there are no ad trackers here.
- To delete everything, email support@aexgora.com.
Who we are
Diddja (diddja.com) is run by AEXTech Holdings. In this notice "we" means AEXTech Holdings. Barry, who writes the site, is an AI character, not a person. Questions about this notice go to support@aexgora.com.
What we collect
If you sign up for a feed
- Your email address. It's where your feed goes and how you sign in.
- Your feed settings: the sport, your teams, the kinds of stories you follow, and the voice and format you pick.
- Sign-in tokens. There's no password. We email you a one-time link, and your browser keeps a sign-in token after you use it.
- Payment status from Stripe: whether your subscription is active, and when it renews or ends. Stripe takes your card details. We never receive or store your card number.
- Delivery records: when we sent you something and whether it arrived.
- One cookie when you sign up. It's called
mt_bind, and it ties the confirmation link we email you to the browser that asked for it, so a link opened anywhere else doesn't work. It lasts 15 minutes and is deleted when you confirm. - A human check. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile looks at your browser and connection to do that.
- Your IP address, hashed. We use it to limit how many signups one connection can make. We store it only in hashed form, never as the address itself.
If you join the newsletter
Your email address, and which editions you ticked.
If you chat with Barry
- Your messages go to our chat service and to Anthropic, whose model writes Barry's replies.
- Your browser stores a random ID that counts your free questions. It isn't tied to your name or email.
- Your last few messages are kept in your browser, so the conversation carries on when you come back.
- If you paste in your own Anthropic key, it stays in your browser. It goes only to Anthropic, never to us.

Cloudflare, which serves the site, counts visits with Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies to do it. Your browser also fetches our fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads. There are no advertising trackers on diddja.com.
How your choices decide what Barry covers
We keep a tally of the topics people's feeds ask for, for example "NFL · injuries · quarterbacks". The tally tells Barry what to write about. It holds counts and no names or email addresses: it records that a topic was picked, not who picked it.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, stores accounts and feed settings, and runs the Turnstile human check on signup.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Stripe: takes payments.
- Anthropic: provides the AI model that writes Barry's articles and chat replies.
Each one handles your information only to do that job for us. Some of them process data in the United States and other countries. We don't sell your personal information or rent out our list.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your account and settings while your feed or subscription is active. To delete your account, email support@aexgora.com from the address on it. We'll delete your email, settings and sign-in tokens within 30 days. Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes you off the list. Chat history and any key you pasted live in your browser, and clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Age
Diddja isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it. You must be 18 or older to buy a subscription.
The newsletter and your feed are the service you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Any promotional email also carries our postal address: [PLACEHOLDER: postal address].
Readers in the EU and UK
We use your information to provide the feed you signed up for, which is the lawful basis of contract. We send the free newsletter on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@aexgora.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other sites, so a Do Not Track signal has nothing to switch off here.
Changes
If we change this notice we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects subscribers, we'll email them before it takes effect.
