Terms
The deal, in plain English.
- Diddja is sports news and analysis for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice, and we take no wagers.
- Barry and every other voice here is an AI character.
- Reading is free for personal use. Republishing needs our permission.
- A subscription renews every month until you cancel, and you can cancel online at any time.
Who you're dealing with
diddja.com is run by AEXTech Holdings ("we"). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice explains what we collect.
What Diddja is, and isn't
Diddja publishes sports news and analysis for information and entertainment. It is not betting advice. We accept no wagers, and nothing on the site, in a feed or in a chat is a pick, a tip or a recommendation to bet.
Written by AI
Barry is an AI character. So are the desks he calls the Kid and anyone who speaks at Barry's bar. None of them is a real person. AI models write the articles, the feeds and the chat replies, and AI can get things wrong. Every call Barry makes is logged before the game and graded on the record, and the wrong ones stay there.
No promise
We don't promise any result, accuracy or winnings. A record shows what happened in the past. It doesn't predict what happens next.
Free reading
The daily edition, the archive, the record and the corrections are free for your personal use.
Subscriptions
- What you get: "My teams daily", a daily take on up to 5 teams you choose.
- Price: [PLACEHOLDER: price] a month.
- It renews automatically. Each month we charge the payment method you gave at checkout, until you cancel. Before you pay, checkout shows the price, the period and the fact that it renews, and asks you to agree.
- Cancel any time, online: every email we send you carries a "Manage or cancel" link that opens your billing page, and so does the page you return to after checkout. You can also email support@aexgora.com. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep your feed until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Price changes: we'll email you before a new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
- Stripe processes payments. You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
Personal use, and republishing
What you read and receive is for your own personal use. You're welcome to share a link or quote a short passage with credit to Barry and diddja.com. Republishing means posting it on another site, sending it to a list or feed, syndicating it or selling it. That needs our permission: ask at support@aexgora.com and we'll quote a price.
When we agree to let you republish, these are the terms:
Using the site fairly
Don't use Diddja to break the law, to sign up someone else's email address, or to overload or attack the site. We may suspend an account that does.
As is
Diddja is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on it.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects subscribers, we'll email them before it takes effect. Questions go to support@aexgora.com.
